- Describe and criticize the “Butner Study” of child pornography offenders in treatment.
- List the components of a comprehensive psychological assessment of an accused offender, name at least one instrument commonly used in each component, and discuss the extent to which use of that instrument would be likely to meet the Daubert Standard in testimony about the accused.
