- To identify the proper procedures in dealing with Medical Examiners who conduct sexual abuse examinations and identify the pitfalls that social workers and mental health professionals must avoid in determining treatment options or in testifying in court.
- To compare and contrast the various medical findings that are often confused with sexual abuse so that the social workers/mental health professionals can correctly identify proper treatment options.
