Learning Objectives for presentation by Richard Ofshe, Ph.D.
- The major objective is to teach a learner to understand how interrogation works.
- This will allow a learner to identify which elements to closely
monitor in order to determine if the elements that might cause a false
confession are in play.
- A learner will be able to identify the principle components of
interrogation and specify the sequence in which tactics must be used
for the interrogation to be effective.
