testimony that is empirically based, necessary or helpful vs.
unreliable, prejudicial or misleading;
- Identify the limitations of appropriate expert witness testimony;
- Compare the differences in professions in order to find the best
expert for a particular case;
- Formulate specific goals to communicate to the expert, in order to
help the expert communicate clearly to the finder of fact;
- Outline challenges to inappropriate expert witness testimony
